Multiple EndNote libraries
Although the EndNote software will allow you to create more than one EndNote library, it is best to just create a single library and then use the Groups feature to organise your references.
If you try to insert references from different EndNote libraries into a single Word document you may run into difficulties.

I do this too. Now I'm trying to share the references from one of my groups with a colleague. Do you know if there is a way to export just one group as a library for her to import into endnote?
