Multiple EndNote libraries

Although the EndNote software will allow you to create more than one EndNote library, it is best to just create a single library and then use the Groups feature to organise your references.

If you try to insert references from different EndNote libraries into a single Word document you may run into difficulties.

Corporate authors

Sometimes you may have a reference produced by a corporate author such as the World Health Organisation. In order for this to display correctly in EndNote you need to include a comma at the end of the author field,
