Sharing your library
It is possible to share your EndNote library with other users by saving it in a read-only format.
This will allow more than one user to access the library at the same time and insert references into a Word document, but not to edit the library in any way.

- Within Windows Explorer select Properties and then click in the box to allow Read-only access. (You will need to do this for both the .ENL file and the .DATA folder.)
