Exporting Datamonitor reports from Business Source Premier

If you export Datamonitor reports from Business Source Premier into your EndNote library you may need to tidy them up a bit in order to get them to display properly. Here's how to do it:

• Open up the reference by double-clicking on it from the list in EndNote
• Change the Reference Type to Report (using the drop down menu)
• You will need to add an Author, which in this case will be Datamonitor - make sure you remember to put a comma at the end e.g. Datamonitor,
• Add the Year - you can usually find this from the first page of the report
• Add the City - it makes sense to go with the UK office, so it will be London
• Remove Datamonitor from the Institution field and put it in as the Publisher
• Close the reference down and save the changes.

Your reference should now format correctly.
