Direct Export isn't working
If you find that the Export option isn't working in a database when you try to put references into your EndNote library, try clearing the Cache in your web browser, as you may be storing a cached version of the webpage. Simply follow the steps below:
Internet Explorer

- Go to Tools and select Internet Options
- Make sure the General tab is displayed
- Under the section Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files then OK
Firefox
- Go to Tools > Options
- Click on the Privacy button
- Next to the Cache option click Clear, then OK
